My doc that's done a knee and both shoulders for me absolutely refuses to use cortisone...he considers it malpractice. Copilot has some age driven joint issues and her doc won't use it either, rather doing injections of some mild pain med into the joint. Sorry to hear you're in pain.A mild 42* here in the Spa City this morning Cap….headed for 63* for the high…😎👍
Btw, we got in the new hot tub last night for the first time, it was 102* and for 40 minutes I was in weightless and pain free bliss, both in knee and lower back!!! Which reminds me, I saw the pain management specialist on Tuesday and he said knee replacement is going to be the eventuality. Cortisone injections he said will hasten that on and so his suggestion is RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) or simply nerve burn. 3 trips over a month beginning late January….☹️
37 and rain changing into snow tonight and temps plunging into sub zero the first of next week...thanks BC!!! We got close to 10" Tuesday night and I spent 2 hours in the heated cab pushing it around. Really love that cab!! At least our skeeters are gone.
