That sounds right for lobster...nothing worse than over cooked lobster! My biggest challenge with lobster has been not overcooking claws and still get the tail done properly. You folks up there probably have that figured out just right. Can't remember a bad lobster in NB, NS or Maine for that matter. Still thinking of a motorcycle trip to visit the Nuffies...gotta be on Trans CA highway but miss the big cities. Been to Ottawa but with a large group of cops...not really a fun place as I recall...but then I think we had fun.

You would love Newfoundland. I want to take the SXS and you can drive the bike right on the ferry and off onto the trails. There is an old railway line that goes right around the province and get on the other ferry. I guess it’s really beautiful. If you are lucky, you will see icebergs.

Yes, the last quarter was great. Glad for both team players on their season accomplishment. Lots of GA & AL fans around Chattanooga being so close to tri-State borders.

I’m happy for you. When the quarterback threw an interception and then came right back a threw the bomb for a touchdown, that was incredible. It was a great game. Caper

I got a fire going in the garage. It was a cold night. We had the window in the bedroom open until around 4:00 when I shut it. But it was still cool in the bedroom. I love that goose down comforter.

Well, forgive me for jumping to conclusions...but...did you start a fire on the floor in the garage or do you have a wood stove?

I love my goose down comforter too...I do share...sometimes with a dog sleeping next to the bed.

Well, quite a geographical, cultural and climatic difference between NPR and SandPoint…
I can’t go back to my 1960’s/70’s San Diego either…

Been looking at the BA Rv parks around here. Going to start thinking about that as an alternative to having a condo or something else like that for Dec-Feb…..

If it can’t fit between the gate posts, you can easily park it at my neighbor with the excavator. He has lots of room. A friend takes his B class up with his trailer.

Stove is on in the garage. Wood stove. I couldn’t do without it now.
And it’s so cozy under the comforter with the window open. The cat and dog don’t like it so much this time of year on the bed with the window open. 🥶

Last time I was in SD you had to walk in the street to get anywhere...sidewalks were full vagrant tent...they were there on purpose not homeless...

Idaho is just like FL when I left only colder but no hurricanes.
