My biased guess would be the delayed paychecks. Just hard to believe they are so far behind where the contract hasn’t even been released with a only a couple of weeks from April 1 scheduled opening, and all parks closed for winter shutdown since Dec. 31. This is a pay to ride park.

Yes, crested and going down, 72 degrees and sunny, pressure washing outside. Headline in local paper. They have a lot of water to pump out, 35 feet down to bedrock.

How big is the park that you ride in. Our parks open middle of May. Feels like a long way away.

25 miles of nice wooded trails, 12 miles away, ride a few hours with friends, get sore, go home, and repeat another day. Thats my routine in old age and wouldn’t change a thing.

Yeah, the water looks high. Do you get a lot of rain in the spring. We definitely do. Rivers will be high this year up here. Everything is still frozen. April 1st is our first day of fishing. There is going to have to be a lot of melting if that’s going to happen. I don’t think my little John boat is a good ice breaker. Haha. Cape Breton will be even longer.

Boy, it looks like Cape Breton. In the summer. Haha. Definitely no leaves on the trees here. Looks really nice. At the camp, I can drive out the driveway, and less than a mile either way, have great trails. But down there, I’d be lucky if I see another person all day. Kinda nice. Haha. Once and awhile, a group will come through, and be gone. Just too many trails to go on. It will be May long weekend before I get down. There will still be snow up top. No bugs till June though. Haha

We suspect Norovirus. Puking started about 3 am on the 7th and lasted till about 3pm. Then the runs every since. I am so dehydrated I cant stand up without getting dizzy.

Mix Gatorade 50/50 with water.
