P500 What did you do to/with your Pioneer 500 today?

Cut down a bunch of trees last winter down near the lake to open up my view, but then had no way to get rid of them. I got my KFI winch mount in on Thursday, and installed a Harbor Freight Badlands 3500 winch on Friday. Saturday afternoon was spent in the rain winching the trees up the hill and then dragging them out of the way to be cut up later.

Maybe one day I'll get to use this thing for fun, but for now it's an awesome work machine. At least a dozen more trees to haul up next week.

Well, I’ve had my new P5 for only a week now and although I haven’t really done much besides just ride around, I have managed to do a few mods this weekend to really bump up the fun factor!
- NOAM NUTV4 Bluetooth speaker system
- Chooglin’s glove box with an added custom soft liner (thanks to my wife)
- LED puck light
- Seatbelt speed limiter disable (I advocate wearing the seatbelt when the situation calls for it, but for my uses around my property I frequently need to get in/out)

Here’s some pics.. the first is the “before” pic when a lot of this stuff was just strewed out on my workbench waiting to be installed..

Started the tear down after a fun weekend.

1) Superwinch mount bent / cracked
2) Bumper dented, warped, bent and mount holes torn.
3) Brake pads worn down to metal on metal and piston stuck out

Bought some flexy flares, always wanted to ease that line on the front fender. Had enough material to do the rears too. Thanks to @solrus and @luckymike for the idea. Neither one of them shared what a pita the rears are to do though, the material just doesn't want to make those lines. Obviously it can be done but I wouldn't call it easy, might be easier with the fenders off.

I'm wider than 53". Tires are 26" Big Horns 2.0's, 9's in front and 11's in rear. Wheels are 12" ITP Black Ops 5+2 offset. 1" spacers on all four, at 9psi it's around 56".

Thanks DG! Don't know if it's the most BA, just the look I was going for but glad that others dig it too. It's been a lot of work, trial and error, time and money, and is ultimately a product of this forum. Yeah it's my frankenstein but a lot of ideas and inspiration came from these guys.

Finally got a couple of days of sunshine. Finished up my custom modular hillbilly hunting blind for my disabled friend/neighbor Don. Used my trusty pack mule P500 to haul the panels to our hunt spot and my better half helped me slap and screw it all together. Pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Changed the oil and filter today, RP Max Cycle. Also changed out the diff's, RP Max Gear. Been getting into the 40's lately and that means spring is coming! Took off the plow (wishful thinking) and put the half shield back on.
Getting ready for RRB. Been researching and planning enough, now I have to get busy on that enclosed trailer.
