Dry filter? Looking at a dual stage washable treatable filter, only thing that is the pits is, you clean them with soap and water, let dry, treat with filter oil, let dry and install. I just to carry an extra pre dried and treated, for a plug and play mode. Twin Air filters is the brand12-18%. Installing a K&N filter this week. See how it changes with that installed.

Are you running factory exhaust?
I can tell the powercommander I put in makes a difference. You can take one whiff of the exhaust to know it's burning more fuel.
