JAH….

Got to the last upper bumper bolt and the bulls*** Honda tack weld on the nut broke so the nut just spins… have to take the whole f***er back apart because there’s no way to get a wrench on it. Tacked a new one on hit it with some paint. I’m sure the others will pop off once I get it lined back up and on there again.

Thank god I put these kayak hoist mounts in the garage years ago, this b**** is heavy with the winch mounted!

I don’t need a cage to drive gravel roads!

Right up until you do.

Then why do you need a winch? Then why do you need those big ass tires? Then why do you need all that recovery gear, spares and tools?

A cage and 5pt seat belts should be the first thing someone buys for any SxS that is used for recreational purposes. And nobody with $10k worth of accessories on their ride better chime in with the "but those are expensive" bulls*** either....

Is the Bosman a worthwhile upgrade over the Honda OEM bumper? Does it protect the plastics well?
I like it, it’s much more stout than the OEM options. I only have one ride on the bumper and it wasn’t anything tough.

@CumminsPusher has beat the snot out of his and it’s about the only thing left on his buggy that’s in one piece! 😂

Thanks Adam. I’m leaning towards choosing the Bosman bumper

I’d highly suggest picking up one of these Wehrli fab weld in bumper mounts if you are handy with a welder since you will have the bumper off anyway (link is from when I did mine)

I have put Wehli Fab mount on my list. Would you do both the upper and the lower brackets, or just the lower?
