Hi guys, on average how many miles did you get on your bighorn 2.0 tires. I'm thinking about getting a pair of a guy that has 150 miles on them. The blackstone tires that came on mine have 750 miles on them and are starting to get pretty bald. Just wondering if its worth taking the chance on tires that are used a little bit and saving some money or just spending the extra hundred dollars and getting something better. Thanks John

I must have 1500 miles on mine and still plenty of tread.

I have the 2.0 and they seem to last.Have you checked your toe in? There were a few complaints of it being toed out excessively from the factory.

No I haven't , how do you check this.?
Two ways,if you have two flat pieces of wood or steel that will extend past the tire front to rear, take a tape measure with the flat pieces layed against the outside of each front tire, and measure the distance in the front then measure the distance between them 180 degrees at the rear. The difference is toe in or toe out. If the front is more it is toed out, if it is less it is toed in. The other way would be to jack up the front and spin each tire making a straight centrifugal line all the way around each tire and measure between the marks on each tire. If you use this method you need to move the vehicle a little and allow the front tires to settle back in to the natural position of riding. I am not sure what the spec is but I would think it should be toed in 1/16" to 1/8".

OEM rears were great. Fronts did not fare as well, due to my machine having a huge toe out (inch plus) on the passengers side (~2500 miles). Issue is now corrected (THANKS to this forum and the knowledge within) and sporting a new set of 8 ply Tusk Wartogs. Saved the old 2.0's in case of need.

I would not get another set of them if they are 4 ply. I love the way the 2.0s drive, grip, and wear but the stock 4 ply tires are just not tough enough. I am considering the 6 ply version for when mine finally wear out down the road.

At 700 mine were starting to wear like erasers and chunk apart. I sold them to a guy with a RZR who said he and his buddies got flat tires almost every ride so he wanted a set of spares. I don't miss them one bit.

I'm not a fan of the 2.0 and if it's only 100 bucks more for something else you're paying too much. There are so many better tires out there I wouldn't waste your time with the bighorns.
