Is it a P1K5? You got any pics of this chop? Maybe a side view?? I was thinking doing 4 all around but may like the 5 at the rear
I did 4-1/2 all the way around. I can change some preload if i want to drop or raise it. But i think its fine the way it is.

Nice!!!!
I'm thinking about doing 4" around. I don't have a issue with the garage doors. I really just want to eliminate the "boxy" look 😃
Thats what i wanted to do is get rid of the boxy look. Also i did the 4-1/2 to mimic @joeymt33 set up cuz we both have CEC enclosures and he has a templet to cut it down to fit or joey will send him his if he lost it lol. But i like the 4-1/2. Im 6-3 and it just right for me.

Yeah I definitely want to sleeve as much as possible. Did you use the 1.625 OD pipe for all pillars?
No, i used that for the A&B pillars and 1-5/8 for the rear. Had to leath them down a couple 1,000 to get them to fit. Very hard to find anything that fit that tight to sleve

also, after i sleeved, i drilled 2 holes in the cage on each pillar and did some plug welds to the sleeved pipe to make it even stringer

😂😂 that's actually my biggest hesitation too. I know it's not that complicated but still a $400+ pc of plexy 😂

Hey Rem did you have to extend the top/vertical ROP? I've read some people say yes and others say no??? roof lines back up good?
Yes you do about 1-1/2” to make the difference with my 4-1/2” cop to most importantly get the proper angle of the windshield or it will almost be flat or flatter up and down. As you shorten your cage, the geometry changes so u have to extend the top by adding a sleve. That pipe i leathed, i cut 2 pices at 3” long from the pipe to use as a sleve for the extension. Worked perfectly .

I did a cage on my 2020 Deluxe I used Hogans Measurements it’s came out really good! I sleeved mine with 11/2 tube left about a 1/8 inch Gap to weld to and buffed it off, the hard part was fitting the SuperAtv Window back in had to cut about 4” off the Top half.

Latched it on the bottom laid it on the brackets and drilled new holes, it took some trial and error to get it right, had to cut some new notches in it to get it to open to the full open position goes closer to the roof now then it did, took a time to get it right!

Man, I wish I could chop my top. But I've got the Audioformz stereo roof and I wouldn't have the headroom to do it.

They look so much better, but I love my rockin' tunes too much to give it up.
