So starts this journey into the unknown...and it all started at the Takeover when I grabbed that rear bumper made by @knuckledeep . So let the build begin. When I placed my order for the base model, I went ahead and added a roof. I’ve since purchased the SuperATV Windshield and Under Dash storage, which both got installed today. I have also ordered the Factory UTV 1/2” UHMW Armor kit which also covers the A-Arm guards. I also ordered the Viper UTV Winch - Elite Widespool.
At some point I’ll be adding a light bar, floods, stereo, rear winch, wheel rims spacers....and one o’ them fancy Beam me up Scotty things...oh and some Planetary evaporators........

Congratulations @100Acre
Bayleaf is going to love it as much as you are! Doors are a little lower than the P500, so you may need to keep the net on her side.
After so many miles in the 500 you will appreciate the upgrade more than most.

Got the E Tracks mounted on the trailer tonight...I’m going for redundancy by using the e tracks, but also big ratchet straps in front and back.

I removed the big heavy steel ramps from the trailer and am bringing my arched aluminum ones instead. Today I went ahead and replaced the trailer tires with some Duro Steel belted 8 plys. The Taskmasters were so weak that once removed from the rims, the inner beads collapsed to the point that both side’s beads touch. They are biased 6 ply tires without any steel belts. I’ll try to sell them on CL. I appreciate the peace of mind of running good tires, especially while traveling for so long and not having to concern myself with the Crapmasters blowing a load...

Freaking bouncing Betty’s this machine is BA! Been putting her through the paces on the trails. Gas pedal is somewhat sensitive and Pow zippity doo daaaaaand away we went Peeeeooooonnnngggggzzzzziiiiippppppp blap blap a blap...I can see her getting on and getting away like a unbroken mustang. Feisty!

Just in time! I just received the Factory UTV 1/2” UHMW skids. I thought @JACKAL said they were one piece? It came with the full body but two more sections for front and rear diffs. Plus I got the A Arm guards too.
Sweet Betsy May’s gonna have a fine underside...

The main underbody is 1 piece while most others are 3 pieces plus the additional 2 pieces you have.

Well, I got the rear bumper mounted and the winch installed although not yet hooked up. I still need to buy an extra battery. Today I ordered the Boss sound bar @Plumber32 had recommended. Plus I ordered the dual backup lights from the HondaSXS store. On a more exciting note, I did get her up to 41 mph in the driveway. Fastest driveway speed yet!

Because I’m itching to leave sooner than later, I’m gonna wait to do too much more to her until I get to @CumminsPusher ‘s place. I even managed to fit the UHMW armor in the back of my truck cab. Fits perfectly.
