P500 Enclosed Trailer Build

Wish they had a detachable tounge/coupler like on some boat trailers, it was the only way my boat trailer would fit in the garage. $30 insurance coverage for 6 months not bad, SF.
My boat trailer does that too, it actually stays attached, but pivots out of the way. There's a guy that lives a few streets over that cut a notch in his garage door so the tongue can poke out. LOL

Been plugging away on this thing here and there since the takeover. Finally got around to finishing it.
All aluminum and stainless. Nothing likes to sit flat on diamond plate so it's not perfect but what do you think?

Looking good @trigger. Like the lighting, just went quick and simple here $3. Lastest trailer addition for the Mrs. and me,... A bear might do it in the woods, but not the Mrs.. Yep, I just passed the big 60. LOL.

Sweet job Trigger! That looks awesome!

I picked up an 8.5 X 20 V-nose early this year so I have the ability to carry more stuff to our place in N Idaho. I put the same G Floor flooring from Costco in it. Looks good! But unlike you, I have a long ways to go..

I plan on putting E-track on the floor and walls and would love to do a cabinet set up like yours..

Love seeing other peoples ideas on stuff like this..

Thanks man. Yeah I looked all over for ideas when I got it. There was very little on the forum so I figured I'd share it. I wish I'd gone with that G Floor. I went with some commercial vinyl tile that I had and that wasn't one of my better ideas. Great stuff in a controlled climate, not so great in here. Bolting down the cargo rings and strap chocks made them buckle. Had to relief cut it around the chocks but it was free...

Built them out of ply and 2x2 framing. Took some searching to find a tool box small enough to fit. Had a local guy make the SS top from the plywood pattern, $170 not terrible. Wrapped the rest in thin aluminum diamond plate and then trimmed everything with 1" aluminum. Lots of SS screws and that 1" is expensive sh** when you add it up, not very economical.
Trailer pulls great, small and light, fits the P5 like it was made for it and pretty much has been now.
It does need a pin up girl doesn't it? :p
