P1000m5 Extended warranty?

I generally do all my own work, especially oil changing and things like that.
But I see that on the first service the valves need checked and adjusted??? So I figure for its first service I will take it in to the dealer.
Is this something that is covered under a warranty or service plan that comes with the P1000?

6 months is factory warranty.
