Flashing clutch & gear lights, dies when put in gear

Hi.. we have a 2019 Talon X.. Have had zero problems until now.. Hubs installed a 12 v fan yesterday. Made lap around yard after finishing to check out air flow.. worked fine for about 5 mins & then started dying every time he put it in gear. I have read so much the last 24 hours, and everything seems to go back to loose ground.. the fan was ground to the frame & wired to the hot.. He removed the fan & it is still doing it.. It has the clutch light flashing constant & E flashing in the gear light.. It is flashing 3 slow, 2fast as soon as it dies. As soon as he turns off key & turns it back on, flashing lights are gone & it appears normal, until you put it in gear and it dies again..Dealership isn't open for 3 more days & we have a big trip planned in 5.. Thanks for any and all help!!

Make sure the battery cables are both tight..
Check your fuses, namely the two 30 amp fuses.

Yes, both cables are tight & fuses are good.. read on here about checking the fuses & he checked the fuses between the seats..are those the right ones? He said he found the fuse diagram on the forum and it said the 30s were in panel between the seats..

Yes,the fuses between the seats. Make sure you test them with a test light, not just visually?

Did you solve the problem. My buddies 2019 Talon x4 is running rough and dies when put in gear. He said his exhaust sounded different when he dropped it off at dealership. He added 2 whip lights and a new winch days before this happened but it ran great at first But it started acting up after a few miles on the first ride after installing the new whip lights and winch. He unhooked the battery before installation. The machine has over 3,000 miles and never had any issues.

disconnect all that stuff, test battery

hard to troubleshoot without pictures, volt readings, etc.
