Damn man that’s a lot all at once. Contact @RB3offroad for the replacement Satv bushings, think you’ll be happy
Ill keep them in mind for the next set...already had the SATV on the way. Whats your thoughts on the frame stiffener and gusset kit so far?

Been awhile...but its maintenance time again. After complete teardown found....
All Super ATV bushings are shot
Driver sides upper control arm mounting tab holes are wallered out.
Both upper ball joints need replaced
Passenger side outer tierod worn
Drivers inner tie rod had worked loose.
Ordered all new bushings and a Super ATV frame stiffener with gusset kit.
Also will have to do weld washers on upper control arm tabs.View attachment 163489
Your rough on stuff lol or Tackett was... I have a few things to replace that were showing signs of wear prior to tackett but once you get started you might as well get it all done...

Pretty sure the last log I hit that took out tire and tie rod probably would’ve ripped out the front control arm tab without it.
One thing I was worried about is it getting loose because of being a bolt in piece, that hasn’t been the case yet.
Honest opinion is I think there could be a better solution but for a bolt in support it’s much better then nothing and the price and ease of install makes it worth the money. Wish had it from day one there would’ve been lots less to fix.
Check your skid plate to see if it works with it, should tuck up under the back

Lol...pretty sure the upper control arm is solely Tackett creek but the rest it probably didnt help either.

So you already had noticed that there was some maintenance coming even before the Tackett ride?

It’s good to know that Tackett didn’t do all of that

I just did a little look see the other day when I dropped the preload in my suspension down and front is tight, I was surprised but I did change out any remotely loose ones before Colorado. I had my shocks too stiff at tackett.

I just did bushings in my SATV arms last weekend. Not a bad job just time consuming. She's tight as hell now.

Be easy with the handle on the chuck. I broke mine off the 2nd time i used it. Better yet, get a real clamp on chuck and barb fitting and hose clamp and throw it in the bag for when you do break it. ;)

Good idea...i got the clamp on because i hate the threaded end ones...too hard to thread when you've had too many kool aids

Maybe if I get a really big antenna we can talk to each other to try them out! I struggled to find a place to put my mic and ended up putting it on the dash by the radio because it kept the cord out of the way.
