HaHa while you guys were playing I ordered my wheels and tires! 28x10-14 Tusk Terrabite HD Radial and STI HD7 Radial 14x7 Smoke #14HD717 bought it all on Amazon

As stated any tire shop can do it and it shouldn't be expensive. A 7In wide rim is really what you want, with a 7in rim and 10in wide tires the sidewall will protect the rims better in rocks.
