As many times as I've looked at your rig it still looks good Jackal. And those seats scream my name every time. Nice job!
I agree! Those seats look like they would transform the ride. Love it!

I bet I've answered that question half a dozen times over the last 5 months here's the skinny.

1. Yes I have measured the tires I run them at 10 PSI and they are 26.2" tall on all four corners even on OEM rims of different width.
2. A radial carcass determines the diameter, thus a narrower wheel gives the edge a a more rounded profile and a wider wheel gives it a flatter profile at the inner & outer edges. Only an inner tube or balloon would change diameters if squeezed to different widths.
3. I had the dealer put the tires on before I left it only took them 30 minutes for all 4 while I waited, so I would say no problem, but I do not know personally.

Hope that helps.
Good info here... Now I'm thinking I might go this route. 9" all around. I like to slide through turns... Having the narrower tires in the back should help break loose a little better. I was worried about the different widths affecting the height but what you said about the radial tires makes perfect sense. And you measured, so I have no doubts. Thanks for the good info!

@jak9922 Thanks for the compliments, I will not change the suspension, just added the seats for comfort not fast riding. I'll leave that to you. :D

Well got to rocking along got everything on except MTX Bluetooth 6 Speaker Sound bar, UHMW Skids, and wire up the winch. Not bad for only on it 3 hours before running out of daylight. Gotta work tomorrow should be able to get the Winch wiring done and MTX Sound bar mounted and wired. Will save the Skids for Sunday, dang gotta work then too.

I ordered the same bumper. Deciding between the Stealth winch or the Superwinch. Did you need the KFI mount or did the winch bolt directly to the bumper? Great looking rig!

It bolts directly to the bumper, you will need 1.25" long bolts though the 1" bolts that come with the winches are a tad too short.

jackal: did the 26x9 increase your width beyond 50 in. i am looking to get more ground clearance and was thinking of putting 27x 9 on the stock rims on front and buy two more front rims for the back to keep the height the same my primary concern is not to increase the width i ride alot of 50 in trails.

No increase in width, I just had the tires put on oem rims before I even brought it home. No issues with 50" gates. With radial tires the diameter remains the same even with wider oem rear rims. No need to change them out.

That's it for now. May work on the Toolbox for the rear rack this weekend. So far loving the compact maneuverability of this thing !
what offset on the rims and did you use spacers?
