I’m curious if anyone running tracks on their Pioneer 500 has used any of the fender flare kits. It’s hard to say if they would help where it counts for tracks. I’m thinking of trying something like the Mudbusters kit because, man!- the mix of mud and snow just coats everything! Or, I can get some material and rig up some DIY flaps.

Any shared experiences or thoughts are welcome.

I could not find anything that looked like it would do the job I wanted, so I made up my own running boards and snow flaps. I had a local sheet metal shop form some 1/8" aluminum checker plate. I made up a frame from 1 x 1 square tube to mount the running boards to the machine. I got some 1/4" rubber belting from a local rubber supply shop. The rear flaps are supported with a 1/8" x 2" stainless bent to the shape of the wheel well. It changes the snow from "blizzard" to "snow storm" You are probably still going to want soft upper doors
