You basically got it. I ordered SUNF "Power II" tires, which are the equivalent of the Maxxis BH 2.0. I ordered four of them in size 26x9-12 as you stated. I have seen multiple references to a 1" spacer on the rear with the setup, which is what I will likely do. Planning to mount these tires on new ITP Delta 5+2 wheels. Hope it turns out nice.

You won't be disappointed. Can't wait to see the pics.

I ordered the ITP wheels and center caps yesterday. All of it should be here within the next week. It'll be fun to "reimagine" Rambo.

They arrived! SunF A051 "Power II" tires, in size 26x9-12. They came in via UPS today. They look awesome. Now I just need my ITP Delta wheels and centercaps to show up...and Rambo will have new shoes. Rambo and I are tired of being outdone by everybody on this forum!
*Note: for anybody interested in purchasing SunF tires, you can use Discount Code SOUTHWESTORV for a 5% discount at checkout on the SunF website.

Looking forward to pics and feedback. Now I just need to select something else and gently apply peer pressure.

Allow me to steer your peer pressure in a certain direction - Trigger Shield. That's likely where I'll spend my next centavitos.

I know I have said this to you before but you will not be disappointed my friend. We went for a couple of rides down the road this past weekend and I am still amazed at how much quieter the P5 is with @trigger's Trigger Shield installed. You will be saying "why in the hell didn't I do this mod first"

Very interested to see pictures of these on the machine. I see a lot of guys running nine inch tires all the way around, and I wonder if it looks odd. Since the stock tires are tens in back.
I’m meeting a buddy at 5:30am tomorrow morning to mount them on Rambo.

Here's a little video I did of the new wheels and tires - prior to mounting on the Pioneer 500. I think they look sharp, very similar to what I've seen on many other P500's here on the forum.

So, my company left last week on an annual retreat to fish at Lake Powell. I got back in time for worship services on Sunday. Poor weather the past two days. Forecast looks good in the morning...I’m excited to make it happen!
