Getting there but the bumper was really tweaked from the Takeover. Stuff at work took longer then planned won’t be able to get on it myself much till tomorrow dammit!

Easier to show lol. This is what did 90% of the damage the Takeover week. Not exactly stupid drunk driving like some think. Suspension over compressed because I hadn’t adjusted them yet and spin landing there was a rock sticking a couple inches from the ground, it got yarded from the ground and turned into a several hundred pound boulder. Toughest hit I’ve ever taken.

All welding and repairs done. Even strengthened up a bit on the structure.the two bumpers officially one now. Slowly getting Takeover damage out of Clutch who’s incidentally never went to Tennessee lol. Primed and mostly painted. Doing something a little different with this bumper that I had always wanted to so nows my chance.

While that’s drying started getting wiring laid back out.

Alright finally finished with the bumper! Decided I wanted lower half white so just the bars were red.

Long way from what she looked like now!

All Warn up front,shackles,fairlead, hook and Provantage 4500 wide spool, however waiting for the new synthetic rope. The business end of the Pioneer finished.

Shackle mounts are solid steel welded to and through the face of the bumper to the actual frame mounting points. No worries of pulling these out. Chose oversized hole in the mount and placed rubber tube inside so the shackles don’t rattle or move unless you want them too.

Got the Exhaust and Power Commander installed. Just like for the setup we installed over a year ago In the previous 1000, I adjusted the exhaust way up after moving all the mounts 3/4 inch to give a little additional clearance for the rear winch.

As well as under dash storage.

This was the hit from Takeover that caused the damage.

Well we got this far tonight, side job is done so tomorrow more promising. All damaged inner structure replaced from new stock bumper. Bolts up easier then new did. Outside is ready for weld after taping the steel around.the new one had damage as well because we had no winch or tie downs up to this point for getting unstuck. Not too bad a cut for a hell mary. Took a lot longer then just installing new bumper but do can only do what we can afford.

We bought the SSS plastic. However I currently only have 2/3 of it. The other is in Stinking Creek at RRB...hint hint. There is a reward going if anyone happens to locate it

Did yours come with the metal plate to reinforce the front middle lap? The new/replacements ones do.
