Here’s the mounting for the rear winch. Didn’t show earlier but it had to come back off so here it is. Same exact setup as on PJ.
Had to drill holes in cross members in either side and fill the gap with spacers so it wouldn’t collapse. Trim a little on top of the hitch. Welded steel tabs to a stock warn mount and welded a brace across the top from side to side. Simple.
Adds a TON of strength to the weak ass rear hitch as well.

Added skid rails to beef it up a little. Probably weld later but used double back tape for the next weekend.

Jacked up in the rear till the side was off the ground where it’s really weak and no problem. Cheap and easy for now.

Tape? Really. That sob is going to fall off and blow your tire!
Not Ripsaws! They may come off and if so it’s only 8 buck loss. They are on pretty well and pressure to them only adds to the tape strength. You ever try to pull a molding off a car???
Again I will probably weld but for now it’ll help.
Just trying to get something for the weekend, if I need to build better I will but protect them for now

A testament of WetSounds speakers, little bit of Tennessee mud and Stinking Creek water! This box works so well with the sub at 1.4 cu.ft. Slowly getting things ready to bump and bump good!

Sure doesn't look like any Idaho mud that I've ever seen.

Sad thing we realized the other day. PJ had never made it to our favorite camp spot last year because it was always dead. All that mud is from Tennessee. First time ever some of this equipment will be in St. Marie’s Idaho. Gotta hurry up only got 4 days till the ride with Tigermark

I always wanted the 52” a little lower and sucked up to the windshield more. The more out of danger the better. Here was my chance but I had to trim some out of the back of the lightbar to get it done, still has to allow the windshield to come out easier. I didn’t want a windshield mounted unit because it needed to come out when hot. Fixing slight annoyances as we go.

Also wanted it down low out of the drivers view. Closer.
