My springs are lighter so I bet you wont need to crank yours down much.

Everyone seems to be showing a lot of threads so maybe I’m not too far off with my thinking. Unfortunately we do need to be a little stiffer then most because of the amount of people we run sometimes.
Hey btw thanks for posting your findings on shock stats. It was sure helpful. I know it helped a few people

What spring rate you running?
Mine are 275lb and 14in. I've been pretty happy with them so far. Definitely a lot more consistent ride when adding and subtracting weight.

The progressive springs are fine as long as you never change the load.

Those tires look like $hirt. Your not gonna really put them on are you?

Figure I’d answer here because of the change. Yep, they hold air. Good enough till I can get a couple replacement 29’s. There was a good long gash from that stupid downed tree in the back tire too.
Disappointed to drop back to 27 and I already really miss the red wheels on mine, ran those for almost 3 years. Oh well Clutch is back going!

Well I picked up two sets of these today. Found out they were available awhile back and my parts guy called me and said the price was increasing and he had the last couple available to order so ran down to pick em up. Probably wait for install next spring though.

That's pretty cool. Isn't your windshield glass though?

Yes the full is. But they can mount anywhere including the roof. Will probably put two overhead and will make the front shield to accept a couple too
. Been eyeing um since you could only get with the correct windshield I’ll make it work

Funny story, as I’m picking up parts today a Ranger guy was standing there and opened his trap about owning a Polaris I wouldn’t be needing so much.
My parts guy spoke up before I could even defend the Pioneer. Told him how and where we ride and even brought up the story about us towing the fully built Jeep 5 miles back camp after it broke down in the woods and the group of Polaris wouldn’t help this Spring. Gave a few other examples like towing a couch and overloaded trailers through the woods. The guy didn’t believe much and that’s when I busted out the phone for pictures without saying much, the look on his face was priceless. I mentioned that most of the group I know and ride with do all sorts of things you wouldn’t want to attempt on a Polaris and just smiled. Asked me mileage and I said 3500 so far but our friend has 20k on his and does the same s*** sometimes, that was his last question lol. Funny as s***!
Anyways got a bunch of goods to throw at the ol girl, rear bearings, bushings for the shocks and a few other things, by Spring she’ll be fully rebuilt and ready for another couple years;)

He's right, if you drove a Ranger you'd just be there buying a new machine every few months instead :).

the left rear rotor came off. Had to steal bolt from each of the others but got it done and back going

Clutch is getting its new legs finally! Took a bit, they had to redo the backs because they were a few pounds off the first time but these are on the money. Kinda excited to get them under the machine but there’s additional work so I’ll do everything at once.

Figured I’d post this too. Amongst all I’ll be replacing are the lug nuts. Up camping with our last problem without the right size socket f***ed um all up.
Rather then spending 10$ at Honda, picked these up at o’Reillys for 2$. Big difference on 16 lol.
