I couldn't wait so I called Tough Country. They are unloading the bumpers from getting powder coating now. I'll be picking mine up around 6pm today!! Will be bolting it on tomorrow mid-day.

Thanks! And your thoughts are the same as mine. It's a real bumper and solid. Tough Country told me it was 85 pounds and they were only off by a pound - mine weighed 84 (without the light). It's off a little - probably 1/4" lower on passenger side than driver's side but that's my only minor complaint. The guys at Tough Country were great, waited til after hours for me to pick it up. So impressed with their products that I will likely get one for my truck as well. Fit and finish are really good and I love the coating. Hard to mount alone but not impossible (I mounted mine without a hoist or anything). Winch is hard to mount after bumper is mounted - so I had to undo everything but the 2 bottom bolts. Any questions or other photo requests just let me know.

Very easy. Couple heavy brackets that bolt to the outside of the frame mounts, then 2 more at the bottom. A couple mounts for the plastic shroud too.
