I was just joking it was a funny meme for the weather no matter the side of the wall your on.
You're right though, Canada and Mexico are harder to get into legally than the US, you can't just move.
Canada is easy if you have a trade. Just like the USA, there is a shortage of skilled trades. Canada will welcome you with open arms if you are considered a journeyman in your trade and can pass the exams.
Every trade in Canada is based on an apprenticeship program, minimum amount of hours in the field, minimum amount of hours in a trade school. Once both are met, you can take the exam to become a full fledged skilled trade. You must meet a minimum 70% on the test to be considered a skilled trade in your province. If you score at 85% or higher, you can take your certificate anywhere in Canada.

The numbers may not be correct, It has been a long time since I have looked them up. Just flying by the seat of my pants.

Yeah you’re right on the shortage of workers. That’s good for us guys, finally. A buddy of mine is semi retired and just does doors and windows he can do himself and decks and makes over $100 K a year. $500 a small widow, it doesn’t take long. On the rig, as Joiner Forman I had a job offer in Singapore. Huge money. And the job was mine if I wanted it, but my wife would have divorced me. Haha. But you have to know what you’re doing to make good money. People don’t want to loose you.

If that’s creek riding weather, then what should I call this? And check out that humidity, makes those temps feel like 70’s. Unlike Arkansas/Oklahoma

Haha, I don’t think any of the people I saw walking across the border have $10 K in their bank. Our Prime Minister said we’ll take everyone, and they are all coming. Idiot. And I voted for him. Haha.
Caper
That was our problem with the previous presidents
