Hot even up here today. Going over 90 degrees.

The weather says it’s going up to 94 degrees and feel like temperature of 104.
When I was a kid it seemed like we had a lot over 100 degrees. We haven’t hit 100 in a lot of years. And back then I never heard of heat index. Haha. And back then, no Ac and didn’t stay inside. Didn’t matter how hot it was.
But I’m older now and can’t stand it like I used too.

Haha, you’re right. We had such a crappy spring here.
But feeling like 106 is hot. 94 in the shade.
Hot most of the week.

I didn't even fish, my wife is on a mission to get some exercise, so we pedaled for 2.5 hours straight, I didn't want her to get lost or run over by a boat. Kayaks are very sneaky fishing boats, if you can call them that, I have caught some very nice fish out of it!

YEP! Next weekend I'll drop off at the first main point and start fishing and make my way towards her as I fish. The lake is on the drop, the fish have moved to the main points and deep, 25 - 30 foot. If you know your lakes, sonar is your enemy, the big fish have figured out the ping. I would be surprised if the bass fishing pro's haven't already figured this out, but due to sponsorship they won't let the cat outa the bag! Bass fishing is pretty simple, winter fish deep around underwater springs, or else find the warmest water you can find, if you have a north wind above 15 MPH fish the south banks, and rip stick baits, can be a wild trip. Spring look for shallow stained water, it warms faster and the fish will be more active. I guess to make it easy, just find 60 to 65 degree water or close by! HA!
