True. It’s moving along. @Smitty335 will be out on the 16th to rough in all plumbing. I’ve been framing in the window and door openings. You can get Bigfoot to do the high stuff.
There is more to do inside than outside, building a house.
How’s it going. Plumbing, electrical ?
Are you doing gyprock too ?
Fun times. How’s your wife doing with it all.

I had open cell spray in foam done in my shop 10 -12 years ago. Made a world of difference. Went from ceiling temps around 150 degrees down to 100-110.Yup looks good Monte.
In the 80’s , my dad had the contract with a window and door company, for all the installations. It was a lot of work, but learned pretty well everything about installing windows and doors. Made a lot of money too.
So, what will you use for insulation ?
The new thing up here is blown in foam. Looks great, until you had to repair something. But if you do it right the first time.
My neighbor in Cape Breton made a house years ago from foam blocks that you put together with rebar inside then fill with concrete.
He said it costs almost nothing to heat.
Keep me informed what’s going on.

It was slow going to work this morning. Snowing all the way, not much traffic on the road and the last two miles of county road to my property there were no tracks. It was like 74 here yesterday. Got some outdoor chores done.

The diesel heater made it tolerable though.
