Well that didn't go as planned

Lost power for about 4 hours yesterday afternoon. 4+ inches of rain.
South Central. We had 50 mph wind gust too.Is this north central/northeast Arkansas?
Good luck Gator. You must have built your lean to’s well. 👍We still have no power. It was hot and steamy last night. Needless to say I didn't sleep.
The weekend will consist of some time on the chainsaw and a lot of piling debris. But no structural damage.
I hated to loose my largest plum tree, but at least my Mayhaws are undamaged.
I built two lean-to's on my shop. They are 30'x50' and 30'x32'. This was the first time they got to see 100MPH winds. I am happy to say they both made it.
It will likely be a few days before we can go check on my sisters house (under construction) north of Lake Charles.
Good times. 😉🤘🏾Some localized flooding and power outages here in Arkansas, but nothing major. Reports are not in from the hardest hit areas of Louisiana yet but Georgia and Florida have boots on the ground assisting inland. Waiting for marching orders then hauling ass. We always end up in the cream of the s*** in times like this, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Hard to understand for some folks, but this is my adrenaline rush. Throw me in the middle of destruction and chaos and it gets my blood moving. My coworkers and myself have a reputation for raising hell, drinking to much, and generally getting into trouble. But when s*** gets real, they call us to come running. Sunrise tomorrow and incoming reports are all we're waiting on now.

Hope you get power today Gator. Tomorrow is suppose be a scorcher. Heat index around 105-110 in South Arkansas.
I think some Canadians have moved to Louisiana! HA!What the heck is going on down there. The news said at least half the people that have died from the hurricane, were from generators inside houses.
Hard to believe people don’t know that yet.

Oh, it’s happened up here too. I know people worry about it getting stolen, but, put a lock and chain on it. Just something that could have been prevented.I think some Canadians have moved to Louisiana! HA!
On the Silverton Colorado ride, 38* this morning, snowed on the mountains last night.Beautiful morning here today.
Only 50 degrees when I got up.
Cool in the house with the window open last night. Going up to high 70’s today. It would be a perfect day at the camp. Can’t wait to get back.
Might go down on the weekend to take the Ac units back home. But just down and back.
