[Caper]

In the mean time here’s a few 18 wheelers wrecked last night......

All total we saw about 50 of them and twice as many cars....😳

Yep, eastern Nebraska is pretty flat and then starts climbing into Wyoming. This morning we’ll be in Denver by 10:00 or so and head south on 25 and be good sailing the rest of the way....🤞

Well, that didn’t workout. In morning stop and go traffic trying to make my way through Denver the rear passenger side wheel on the trailer fell off. All 5 wheel studs sheared off and we weren’t aware of it until a guy came along side pointing back at it. Thankfully we were traveling 15-20 mph but it would be 2 miles before I could get over to look at it and it wasn’t good. I had to ease on down flashers on at 5 mph to get to an exit and then luckily there was a Discount Tire, Advanced Auto Parts and a auto repair shop all in site of each other.

So as you can see in the photos, the spring was dragging the road and it had ground the nuts completely off the front side of the Ubolts that connect the axle to the spring......

Anyway, 3.5 hours and $600.00 later we were back on the road, but now we could only make Pueblo Colorado today. So, another night on the road......

Pueblo, I see that on Undercover Billionaire. A guy named Grant , who’s a billionaire, went to Pueblo, with a $100 and old truck to make a million dollar business in 90 days.
Pueblo just looks so desolate. No trees or even a Bush. Lucky you found those business’s.
Hopefully tomorrow will be a better drive. 😊
