It will be for the Trailhawk that I leave in NM and the P1K that I leave here. It’s got a vertical metal roof. The walls are 2x4 @16” OC and the floor joists are 2x6 @ 12” OC. It comes with the 9x7 rollup door, one 3/0x6/8 walk door and one window, delivered and set up for that price.
I will be preparing the spot where it will set with my tractor, and it will be elevated about a foot off the ground because I’m going to pull a lean to off either side 10’, the full length to store my tractor, riding mower, generator, log splitter, firewood and random lumber and other supplies.

No I got ya. Up here a lean to would just fill with snow in the winter if the wind was right. But it’s better than I have . Haha . I need a new garage. I tell my wife it’s so she can put her car in. Haha.
Yup. I built , for my brother, a 20x 30 with a 8 , 12 pitch for storage up stairs. Now it’s full and he wishes it was bigger. Haha. Mine will be around 18x25. A little bigger than this one.
