Haha, New Mexico. I built the Oklahoma house, in fact carved the entire homestead out of virgin forest. It will never be for sale. It’s taken me three properties in New Mexico to finally land where I’m going to be content. So after this one sells, I still have one more to sell.The house in NM or Oklahoma

Yeah remember it’s the one I need a garage for, electric carried over, (2,000’) septic installed, well House, and yes, a smallish 1,300 SF house put up.Nice. Post some pictures of your new property. Thanks, and yes, I have some work and expense. I forgot to mention the new and proper head gate for the rancho and a half mile drive way that I’ve got to build, and then truck in 425 tons of gravel, as well as 1,500’ of power line easement (20’ wide) that I’ve got to cut. And about 200’ of ditch from the last pole to the meter base pedestal and then the ditch from the pedestal to the house, about 50’.You have some work ahead of you. Congratulations on the new place.
