97F and climbing to 108F They say. Humidity is 18% at the moment and smoke from WA fires is rolling in. Poor guys trying to fight a fire in this weather...takes a special person to sign up for that job.

Been in the low 70's since noon, AC hasn't run much today, bet the electric companies are pissed!

i've been watching 5 water bombers skim water off my lake for the last hour.wherever the fire is,it's close.the turn around time for them is under 5 mins.i had to come in because the falling ash is too bad now.we had a hellatious storm roll over top of us this afternoon.non stop thunder/lightning.worst i've ever seen.

I love thunder and lightning, but it’s not good for dry conditions.

Hope your firewood is covered. A friend in Alberta has a cottage in BC and a few years ago same thing at his place. He couldn’t light his firewood after that.
