Are you kidding. It was dry, we were under a burn ban, the meadow grass was suffering, I was watering everything every day. This is much better than a blessing….😉

it's 42c in my back yard right now.new record.lytton prolly hit 50c.it was too hot to boat today.i had to stop and jump in every 5 mins fully clothed and still dried out almost instantly.the lake was not refreshing at all.it was crazy warm water.i eventually gave up with my tail between my legs and resorted to the house a/c 🤣

i went out on the back deck this morning and my yard is covered in pine ash.i don't know what happened last night but it kind of freaks me out.there is a huge forest fire burning somewhere close.they're calling for dry lightning all through the center of the province.that's very bad news.

apparently,we were bracketed by the lillooet and kamloops fires and the smoke funnelled right through the cariboo.time to get the leaf blower out and blow everything off.it's about to get loud.😅

Saw that there are huge fires in the interior. Figured you would smell the smoke. Hopefully you’ll be safe.
