Ha Ha We all know there's no real beef in a Big Mac.No, they’re all Big Macs on the hoof……
Lol, well Mickey D’s claims that their burgers are 100% beef, no fillers or additives save salt and pepper.Ha Ha We all know there's no real beef in a Big Mac.![]()
You could have eaten some of yours on your trip.Lol, well Mickey D’s claims that their burgers are 100% beef, no fillers or additives save salt and pepper.
My beef is of such quality it probably ends up at premier steak houses however….😂
Yep, big cattle country Oklahoma….😎You could have eaten some of yours on your trip.
Did it taste like Oklahoma beef.
😊

Don’t put your cattle down. I bet they taste fine.Yep, big cattle country Oklahoma….😎
Remember, I was all about the fish on that trip. Never did find halibut 😡
I had steak once at Ruth’s Chris in New Orleans and of course only the top 2% of beef in America is acceptable for that place, and mine isn’t in that category….👍
Haha, well I meant no offense to my cattle, but they certainly aren’t of the pedigree necessary to be in the top 2%, nor do they receive the feed and treatment that such cattle get….😂Don’t put your cattle down. I bet they taste fine.
😊
Someday you will find Halibut. Definitely when you are up here.
Caper
Halibut is very flaky. Probably good anyway they do it.Haha, well I meant no offense to my cattle, but they certainly aren’t of the pedigree necessary to be in the top 2%, nor do they receive the feed and treatment that such cattle get….😂
BTW, I see halibut on menu’s from time to time, just not fried….
Yeah but since you told me about fried halibut, I’ve been looking for it and have not found it. Most of the fish I found in the coastal region last couple weeks was fish found local.Halibut is very flaky. Probably good anyway they do it.
I’m sure your cattle aren’t starving,
😊

How’s the knee?Halibut is very flaky. Probably good anyway they do it.

My buddy in Alberta has 250 acres of alfalfa that when it’s harvested, he lets the cattle graze and fertilize it at the same time. They also get the run of the woods and fields around the alfalfa.Yeah but since you told me about fried halibut, I’ve been looking for it and have not found it. No, my cattle aren’t starving, but they certainly aren’t cared for like those in the top 2%, and my grass is native blue stem, so not the greatest…..😉
A little sore today, but I guess that’s to be expected. He said call him in two weeks. So it might take that long. I’ll go on the stationary bike tomorrow. He said keep bending it to get the jell worked in. He’s one of the best we have. He’s a professor at Dalhousie and still does a little. I’m one of his little. HahaHow’s the knee?

I could only dream of having alfalfa. My land is mountainous and rocky…..My buddy in Alberta has 250 acres of alfalfa that when it’s harvested, he lets the cattle graze and fertilize it at the same time. They also get the run of the woods and fields around the alfalfa.

I’m going to. What’s that “jell” and process called again?Ask your guy next week if he’s heard of him.
Gerry Reardon.
He’s ready to retire. Hope not too soon.

He has a lot of rocks in his field too, but it grows pretty green. I’ve only seen it in winter. Everything is brown. I might have a picture from the summer. This is from on top of another field. You can see how flat everything is. Those trees are on his land. Only trees for a long distance.I could only dream of having alfalfa. My land is mountainous and rocky…..
