I hope that you (and any of our forum buddies living in the hurricanes path) don’t have any damage from this storm. Hopefully it looses steam quickly as it moves inland...Well not to say this one won't be bad but Katrina was way worse and other than the heat, no electricity for 10 days and of course the gasoline shortage we survived it ok.

Oh yeah, it’s 80-85. It’s monsoon so every afternoon there’s showers, cools it down very nice.How’s your weather doing. Getting warm yet.

Already shelled and no pics, we got corn,squash,tomatoes,peas and watermelons to go along with those.Did I ever mention I hate shelling butter peas/butter beans? Fortunately we have an electric pea sheller, it works good provided the peas are just right, not too much waste considering the convenience. The horses loved the husk and cobs from the corn the other night.That’s cool, you have those in your garden??
