@Tramguage1 there is another OHV / RV Park opening up across from the Comfort Inn, it is 50% larger than Royal Blue once fully developed (100 acres) the owner is a member on here @Eaglecampground
I have driven by the place and things are developing nicely, plus you have these positives from that location:

Access to Trail 1 - which get you to Trail 4 or trail 2 quickly
Access to Trail 12 - which get you to Trail 10, trail 7, trail 11 quickly
Access to fuel at the 3 truck stops
Access to Food within 5 min - El Rays Mexican / Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen / Hardees / Subway / etc.

Wow, this sounds awesome. I just bought a 2018 P1k5 and I'm looking for places to break her in. Wondering if alcohol is allowed on the trails? and how do you secure / lock up your machines when you are not driving them?
