Snuff said the header wrap didn't do much either. It's a lot of work and will eventually get packed with mud.

Seriously guys, do the full piece of insulation all the way up to the back. Snuff told to me to try it and it's a lot better than a piece just under the seat. It's more difficult to install and two people would make it easier for the seat back. Longer bolts would also help with the seat back.

The header wrap just seems like too much work too me. If I was gonna do anything I think I'd ceramic coat them. I think the stuff I ordered will pretty well take care of it.
Why you think it's still sitting in the box?? Lol. I had to use it when I did a motor swap on my cbr900. That 1100 motor had headers way too close to the radiator so I wrapped it. Checking for condensation was a constant struggle. But it was easy to get to. Not so with the p1k.

Did a little exhaust upgrade today. Thanks to @snuffnwhisky for the custom 2" tip. Drilled 8 3/8 holes in the baffle. Has a much deeper exhaust note compared to stock.

Soon as I find time I got an exhaust upgrade to show y'all. It sounds amazing on a foreman so I'm trying it on my rig. 1/10 the price of the hmf.

Love that traditional Honda whine. They need to make an ignition advancer for it like the sport bikes. It'd give it a very lopey idle.
