New meaning to............

"Day late and a dollar short!"
Yup! Been slacking on forum trying to catch up results in either not posting for fear it's been discussed on the next page or going for it and end up redefining the saying..."Day late and a dollar short!"

Good Catch:cool:

That's your thing... painting stuff red that is. I can't take that away from you!:D
Well, you enlarged your exhaust tip and drilled out the plates like I did.o_O I can grow a damn good beard so we could be twins! You'd have to shave your head too. We both carry Glocks, both own Honda's. I'm sure I could get you to drink good beer...:p

Decided to go at the rear flares again. Got to tweak them a little and get some new hardware but they turned out decent. Should keep the mud off me and my stuff. Like I always say function over form.

Looks real good and I'm sure it's a lot cheaper than purchasing some.

Now to really help reduce the mud put some more of that material under the rocker tubes. Make sure whatever you use is fairly tough and cheap because I have torn both of mine.

CP: I've been saying that since that jack wagon was picking Legos from his turds:)

Thanks...yeah it was free! I remember you talking about putting some between the skid and rocker bars...I am planning on trying to as well. This is 1/4 conveyor belting so it's pretty stout.

I need to find me some thinner conveyor belt like maybe 1/8 inch thick. I bet that would make a good mud flaps down under the rocker tubes.

Do you think quarter-inch will be too thick? I'm thinking I would rather have something a little bit thinner.

I don't think 1/4 would be too thick. That's what my front and rear flares are. They still have good flex to them but in the same still have some rigidity to them
