I have the Ryobi 10" 18v and really like it. I have the larger gray batteries for all my Ryobi tools. I am very impressed with the battery life so far, plus I have a battery charger that plugs into a 12v cigarette plug to charge in the Pioneer.

If we want to get technical. Dewalt uses a proprietary battery. Your Milwaukee or Bosch will not fit.

Isn't interchangeability one of the selling features of cordless tools? When your battery is dead, swap it out for one with a charge.
Pretty sure he meant interchangeable with other dewalt tools smartass.

I'm pretty sure it's interchangeable from the looks of it.
Yeah, meaning Saws Alls, hammer drills etc....of DeWALT brand.
If so, that’s pretty cool.

You would have to modify the scabbard and then it would be useless when not in the mount. It’s pretty protected inside my bed where it can’t hit anything.

Ok, that’s what seems to be the case with them all for some reason...

Haven’t posted in awhile. I made a few changes and looking for some constructive criticism. I never used my gun mount in rear because I wanted my gun next to me when I drove so I can shoot if I see something. I spun one side mount 180* and mounted my crossbow vertically here. No good way to secure it in the cab without it flopping in rocky trails. I also bought the kolpin chainsaw mount and got a dewalt 12” trail chainsaw. Mounted it opposite side. Bed still dumps and all.

Got my oldest to drive. She did great. Sxs haven’t been her thing since she was In a roll over. She did like driving but was over it within 30 minutes. Baby steps.
