It is always neat when we show up to a mostly Rzr ride - @nbomar can attest it is like the pioneer is a mystical creature out in the wild - always draws a bunch of people who are inquisitive about.
Its always a blast pulling up to the tavern in northern Wisconsin there's Usually 20-30 sxs in the parking lot and a crowd around mine and a 100 ?s. My buddy has a pioneer but it doesn't look like that! Most people don't mod there rigs here except for the factory stuff. I love it.

“This trail is too hard!”

“All the Honda’s made it!” LOL

While I don't have a video of that trail the night of the night ride (boo) Here is a video of it from 2 weeks prior - granted there are some tight squeezes in this trail that could be a tie rod bender.

Well I finally broke something... figured it would happen eventually. Right rear axle popped tonight. I tried a ledge 6 times in 2wd. (I probably should have used 4wd but if you know me, you know I save that for emergency situations) the last time it popped loud. I used 4wd and made it to the top of the hill but it was a chore. Luckily I had a rear right axle from @Kilo427 and that’s the one I broke. Me and @Arkneer and some other friends drove back to the truck and had it changed in a flash. Ride a few more hours before calling it a day. Glad to get out again. It’s been too long.

Haven’t posted in awhile. I made a few changes and looking for some constructive criticism. I never used my gun mount in rear because I wanted my gun next to me when I drove so I can shoot if I see something. I spun one side mount 180* and mounted my crossbow vertically here. No good way to secure it in the cab without it flopping in rocky trails. I also bought the kolpin chainsaw mount and got a dewalt 12” trail chainsaw. Mounted it opposite side. Bed still dumps and all.

Looks good... I've gotta stop thinking about it and just buy me one of those chainsaw mounts. Have you tested that dewalt saw out? Curious how much you can saw on a battery.

I just got it in today. I found a damaged box special on amazon and bought it. I will try it some this weekend.

I like the look of that saw too. Is it not possible to keep the scabbard on while it’s in the mount?

Does that battery fit other DeWALT tools, or is it a special battery?

I am looking forward to seeing that saw work some this weekend - I always wonder how the bar hold up where it goes into body of saw with the weight flopping up top.

I haven't dug too deep into the weight difference between gas and electric saws, But I would think the electric saw would be lighter?

You would have to modify the scabbard and then it would be useless when not in the mount. It’s pretty protected inside my bed where it can’t hit anything.

If we want to get technical. Dewalt uses a proprietary battery. Your Milwaukee or Bosch will not fit.

I'm pretty sure it's interchangeable from the looks of it.
Isn't interchangeability one of the selling features of cordless tools? When your battery is dead, swap it out for one with a charge.
