Update: I added some preload to my front shocks and was quite impressed yesterday when I finally got to ride it. I ended up measuring from the edge of the black top piece to the top of the black screw above the spring ( best I can describe). I did not put much in by the right passenger side is 1.5in and the left drivers is 1 3/4th inch. At this point I have not seen the need to add any to the back shocks but may at a later point.

This is exactly what I want to do to mine. Anyone interested in a slightly used pair of front shocks off of a 2016 P1K5 to help offset the cost. Lol :D

Stage 3. Had walker Evans before that. They both seem about the same.
Hello, I have a question Please for You or anyone who has been down this road before me,, I have a P1000 EPS 3 seater and am going to do some shock tire and wheel upgrades this winter, I really do not want to change A-arms, I have a trail armor skid plat and i was going to put 28x10-14 blackwater tires and sti HD9 beadlock 4/137 14x7 5.0+2.0 rims and spacers from RB3 on, first Question will all that work with stock A-arm, next question is about shocks is there a difference in Walker Evans shock models for 3 or 5 seater P1000 looking at Walker Evans or Fox I know there is a Difference in the Fox shock between Models 3 and 5 seater,, Thank You in advance for Your time and any Info Your opinion is appreciated,,,

Why do you want to keep the stock arms in the front? You don’t have to do the back arms to make the bigger tires fit.

Some people will list different part numbers for the three seat model and the five seat model. In my opinion you would be better off to buy either one and then choose your own spring. They try to choose a spring rate that will work with the majority. You can make your own determination on what spring you want depending on the payload you carry, terrain and speed.

The combination of wheel and tire you have picked would work. You could also use the 30 inch version with just a front a arm change. The 28” EVOs are true to size but the 30” EVOs are more like 29”

No good reason, I guess if iam going to do it I may as well go ahead and do the A-arms and go with the 30'' Evo's, I have 27'' Evo's on my pioneer now and love them, I am just reluctant to change A-arms not knowing what other problems they may cause if any, do they create any issues with stock axles and such, and what brand A-arm do You recommend Super ATV or another? I am not going to do any lift and would never go any larger than 30'' tires, I do not haul any heavy wieght just me and wife and the dog small cooler and a few tools, I do not ride hard or fast just slow to medium speed on trails in Kentucky Red River Gorge and Harlan Ky. areas mostly, Looking to smooth ride out a little on rocky or rough trails,, I am a sightseer not a dare devil,,, Thank You Very Much,,,
