P1000 Rolled my p1000-5

Picked up a new 2021 pioneer 1000-5 and the next day rolled it. Other than feeling like a complete idiot and losing absolutely all my pride……. Now I’m looking for a new roll cage because mine is bent all up. Does anyone know of a aftermarket one or has anyone gone with a aftermarket and are trying to sale there factory cage?

Turn it in on insurance. It will be several thousand dollars.

I don’t have insurance. But will definitely be getting some. I was going way to fast around a turn on the edge of a open field and rolled it twice then landed on the drivers side. It’s amazing what this thing went through and all it really done was bend the cage and put a small dent in the front finder. On the other hand I’m pretty banged up when I can get outside I will post pics

Yep they are.

I would also look for a custom one if you didn’t have insurance. It would be cheaper and stronger. There is probably a shop in your area that would build one.

The center bar is almost $800 alone.

The 5 main pieces are about $3000 with no kind of discounts. I bought 1 rear section that books for $510 from ronayers for $400 shipped to my house. Rockymountainatvmc.com had it for $350 but wanted $250 for shipping it, due to it being a bulky item.

They ship in giant almost 5 foot tall boxes on a pallet. Its crazy to think what places have to charge for that space on a truck.

Yep. I forgot about that. The shipping company called the day before they delivered and it was coming on tractor trailer truck. We had to arrange for my wife to pick it up at their hub because there was no way they could make it to my house. They had to unpack it so she could haul it in the back of the expedition.

Well I’m trying to upload a few photos but something is going wrong. Have any of you tried to straighten a bent cage? I know it will not be as strong as before but at least it will be good enough for a few months or al least till I can get back to work

Pretty close to $3K full list without sales taxes & Shipping plus can't even get 3 parts of it, not shipping.

Highly not recommended, especially since the first one didn't last you 48 hours, I would ask a few fab shops, Brick City Fab on here does great work, probably close to cost of OEM and much stronger.

maybe Brick City Fab would be interested in making one?
their talon 4 seat cage is listed at $2550, so a P5 cage should be similar-ish if they are interested in making it.

He hasnt been on the form in quite a while. A yr to be exact!
last time a P15K was brought up, he said he didnt have interest to make it worth his while. so im going to say a No!

best to find a wrecked machine with a good cage with little to no damage if he wants it cheaper!

I got to thinkin, we may have some roll cage parts that have scratches or scuffs. I'll look tomorrow, may be able to help if you wanna come to the Northern Cincinnati area.
