A lot of good advice here, just veg out with the frozen veggies on your sack for a few days and you'll be fine. That's what I did, after a couple days they were achy but nothing horrible. Just give yourself a week or 2 before you start lifting anything.

So it’s been almost 24 hours since I took any pills or and had local anesthetic... I feel great! I hope this continues! No swelling or bruising yet.

But I did ask all the girls to kiss it to make it better!

That’s good. Don’t let the lack of pain fool you though. You still have a couple more days of chillin out max and relaxin all cool. The second day doing nothing is tougher than the first.
