After laying out parts and reviewing instructions started disassembly...
Raised the roof, removed seizmik side mirrors, removed whips and clamps, lower windshield, and cut tie straps...0A1BD7AF E1AB 4512 9B23 AE4F2CE85C0EDB165AD4 9C83 4A45 993D DC4C54BBD902B8824D2E E3E5 4C43 975B BFD4DB3C6C2B8268FE14 09AF 4D92 BE69 59BDE42C5024B3DDEA19 0C22 4794 9E87 F12C987E31FA4D3F77E4 3531 42A4 AB93 850390E368A02881D56D 71EC 41F0 AAB2 318DF94192917AD38D84 FD78 4AEF BFDC FF04FD37A8201CF5A542 CFD9 49C5 82BC F87EF3D858F9

So about 90% done working on and off throughout the day! Honestly I think the design could easily be improved on the subframe by adding more material, but here’s how it went...
5BC77CAE B738 4ABE 82FB 2AAE7425FEBC 21879FF9 3C0D 427C AEB7 6658B5595EBE 7E3B03E5 D1E8 4B86 A213 87158CAF11DC AF9C142B 6400 46B5 9D1E E479AEA55DE0 4F2818A4 B98C 4846 AFF0 6D6B0B117D46 4973A752 2475 4C9E 88ED 663C419401F4 41A55530 C44F 4582 81E4 40897048F967 3A875E48 28A2 44C5 850E 3CB69119B1BA
Lined up top bracket on both sides and installed bolts to make adjustments on the back part of door sub frame and tightened everything.

Removed sunshade bungees and wrestled the material in to place half ass’d...

Felt like saying good enough but there were 3 spots on each door where the material didn’t line up with brackets, grab handle, & clamps.

So...I have a problem and that is the subframe bracket is in the spot to mount the lower section of windshield so mounted it above.
CA297DBA E064 451F A821 5B29B4450119 FA80F9C3 AF5A 4DFC 80FA 74BAFB33A185 7DCC5662 0E0E 459D B7C8 784AAE3AA852
The red dot is where the plastic ROPS bracket is positioned and the windshield( in its correct location ) is about 1.5” below:mad:
