I’m curious if they are an exact replacement same as what comes with new a arms or if they a higher quality aftermarket part

They are uhmw which is as good as it gets. Make sure you have plenty of grease.

By the time they are welded in place we will have some names for you to choose from along with pricing options. I researched prior to you contacting me and I was surprised at costs of lower quality alternatives

Will another 10mm interfer with anything?

There is room for a longer bolt maybe 230

I could thin out the washers, but if a longer bolt will fit, I think that is how I will go.
McMaster offers a 240mm vs 220.
I could have it cut to 230mm.
I'll explore some options.

Front bumper will most likely have to come off! I wouldn’t recommend thinner washers. I think the thickness of the washers is most important! The 240mm would work with Spacers on the front side...

Received the 240mm bolts today to take the place of the 220mm which were a little too short! Took some pics with both lengths, but probably won’t try them til this weekend...
