Will probably run to Walmart tomorrow and pick up a few roles of double sided Velcro to reinforce a few areas. I still have pieces of old soft top from the popo that could be sewn together with Velcro as a patch to clean up the look.

Last year I almost had a set of full doors at an unbelievable price, but the guy had just sold them minutes before I contacted him! Oh well, it wasn’t meant to be!

Looks like you've been working hard buddy.


I think the biggest downfall of the Honda is the round roll cage that makes getting a full cab much more difficult than the polaris or can am design roll cage.

Thanks! Not done yet. Although it’s not visible from the outside it will drive me crazy to leave it like this. It seals pretty well, so it’s not a bad design, it just needs a little more attention on the design which wraps the front ROPS.

Decided to perform an inspection on the Front A-Arms and discovered the front upper bolt was seized in the bushing so I tore it all down cut the head of the bolt off and removed it so I could remove it! She was a b****!

Still seized after removal!

There was more play than I would like in the upper arm! Of course the holes were slightly stretched...

Removed the other side as well and cleaned and greased and reinstalled using anti seize!
Noticeably less play than driver side!

Also realized that I had a torn boot on my lower SATV ball joint so I removed it, cleaned it and reinstalled. I will be reaching out to SATV to see if the warranty covers it.

I’m curious if they are an exact replacement same as what comes with new a arms or if they a higher quality aftermarket part

ok they past by both so we will start making them.
