Remove the mounting screws and see if you have voltage on the auxiliary side with blue light on.

If it's still reading zero with the blue light on, the isolator must be bad. That means your 2nd battery was never getting any charge.
Just ordered another isolator, when I get it I'll let you know what happens. Thank you for your diagnosis guidance.

Just curious what the voltage is of the second battery itself, without testing at the isolator? I don't think I've every seen a complete 0 on a battery especially since you said you replaced it last week. If it has any voltage at all I would think you could read it at the side of the isolator as long as the negatives were hooked up together. Just curious.
