And humid too I suppose. We're getting 90's next week but low humidity. It ain't Summer yet...too hot already.

ThAT'S cool...28% now but a cold front coming bringing rain in a few hours...wind around 20 mph.

Gusty winds all day and rain arrived in waves. No trees falling on anything important yet.

Chili report...I made a 2 gallon batch of chili with leftover beef brisket and the usual parts plus the green 505 peppers. The 2 lbs of brisket, mostly trimmed fatty pieces made a wonderful smoky flavor kinda Texas style. Next time anyone makes smoked beef brisket consider using the left overs as the meat for chili...yum yum yum!!!
