44 degrees when we went out yesterday but hitting 70 on the clear days!

48 to 75 then up into the low 90's by mid week then back to the upper 60's or so the weather guessers say.

Hey Joe...where are you in AK? We lived in Homer in the mid to late 80's...like the ID winters better.

Haha, that’s warmer than here right now.
It’s only 50 today. Last night got to just below 38.
It was nice sleeping.

You're right about that...I still have a .22 pistol I bought off Atz Kilcher way before he became "the last frontier" and Jewel was a little girl. We had a house on Diamond Ridge with views in 3 directions...wish still I had it. Palmer and the Valley has changed too...guess they're right...you can't go back...but...they still grow BIG veggies!!

Apple wood smoke makes great tasting elk roast. And, just salt, pepper and loads of garlic works too. Works on ground hog and opossum too I'm told.

Deer and turkey yes...elk...No...they must cross the road first...although a solid lung shot with a 2 blade broadhead and they run that far anyway.
