41F...not that far behind...we are getting some scattered rain and that helps with the fires and I ran down the driveway with my DRZ and no dust. Not ready for cold yet...I have a new Tahatsu propane boat motor coming tomorrow and really want to try it out before the water get hard.

68 this morning headed to 88 cloudy slight chance of rain. Haven't had any rain probably 2 months. Grass is drying up, dead leaves coming off of trees.

Hope we get something here before the Bear Creek ride.
Southern 2 maybe 3 rolls of counties are expected to get some rainfall off of this storm coming in. Rest of state will be hit and miss showers.

I remember the year that it was powder, that was bad! I heard on radio Texas was expecting a Tropical storm to hit this week?
Would be nice if it ran up into state a little further and dropped about 2 inches state wide.

We have some dead leaves because of dry spell. Do have some undergrowth starting to change colors. Birds are starting to gather up a little.
Starting to notice this coming week is shows a cool front mid week. Dropping temps maybe 10 degrees from what they are now at night. Daytime temps going drop 10 or so. Just so happens bow season starts Sept. 25th. Be good sitting in a stand with north wind first morning.

I watched a show the other day and they stuffed a Coyote motor in one. With a supercharger. Turned out nice and fast.

I know you are a builder but we had warranty issues with Trex in my last house. 6 years old and started to flake. Trex salesman came out and said some type of solvent was used on this...not covered...no such thing happened. Sent emails to company and no help. This house has a stamped colored concrete patio...with hydronics to keep the snow off...much nicer.
55 for 69 today then temps dive into next week.

we just signed the contract to redo ours with timbertec.that stuff aint cheap.the deck is just over 500 square ft.
