It was a perfect day. Usually we don’t see anybody on the trail but today, being turkey weekend, there were a few different groups. A few people on those e-bikes. They would be great hunting. Very quiet.
We’re having hot turkey sandwiches and fries and gravy for supper. Yum.

We don’t have turkeys in Nova Scotia. Can’t wait till they fly across the boarder.
McCain fries and mama made the gravy.
And a piece of pumpkin pie.

Mick the Lab came back with feathers stuck to his lips...not entirely sure what that meant. He left with directions to poop and pee and return...those things don't listen some times.

Got us a 1/2” of rain today. Was thinking I’d have to water after being gone a week, but on the heels of the rain will be lows in the 20’s this week so that’s over for the year…

Now I’ve got to winterize the RV tomorrow…

The fuzzy woolly has a small Center orange part this year. I think that means snow.
