I like Appleton. But my neighbor that I do snow for , gave me a bottle of Havana Club 12 year. Hard to just have one. Haha. Matusulem is really good too. Even has a cork. Haha.

On our way back to Ruidoso we stopped at a craft bar, had a smoked applewood whiskey sour. The guy had a slab off a tree trunk and a small pile of pinion pine chips in the center. Lit them with a bakers torch and turned the glass upside down on the pile of smoldering chips while he mixed the drink and then poured it into that smoked glass.:cool: b****in!! If you still remember what that means. :D

It was 72* here today ;)

Looks like you drug that up from one of those ship wrecks!
It’s a rum from the Caribbean, somewhere. Haha. Makes me want a drink. Haha. It is really good. I think Waterfowler is the first person on here that said they drink rum. He’s gotta be a great guy. Haha. My neighbor is going to Cuba next week. I think I’ll ask for a new one. Haha. Do you like rum Monte ?

we had husky and stihl and work, the mid to bigger ones are pretty comparable. all went down to the dealer husky dealer 30-45 min drive and stihl is right in the town i live in. always thought the husky was a bit easier to start but ive found I got a stihl 361 now what it takes to start in a couple pulls like the husky that you never had to mess with. the ngk plug they come with only last a couple months, put e3 plugs in it and they last years of the same use, also have to mess with the mix screws when is hot and cold, which is fairly easy once you know you have to or it only runs a couple hours in the summer. this saw is about 5hp and mag case pretty light with 18inch bar you can cut alot of wood easy and quick. had a poulon before, complete opposite, to cut all day had to bring oil and gas and three chains, kept using clutches, i cut alot. the stihl was over kill probably but the big chain goes 5-7 days without even sharpening it, fill the gas once at lunch and oil lasts all day. figured i just had to buy it once, had it 5 or 6 years and plugs and chains are all its needed

And it’s definitely not 70 here. Have a great day tomorrow Monte. I’ll be snowblowing. Hope it’s fluffy. Haha.

Thanks Cap... It’s breezy here today, partly cloudy and 44* at 6:30. Little cooler today with a high of merely 61*. :D:D:D

Sounds like quite the struggle, I’m glad to know you pulled through lol.

Nice. And the pretty well cut themselves. You just hold it. Haha the new Huskies aren’t like the older ones. Keep that one going. :)
