HA, it's going to be around 32* tonight, warming up to the high 40's Tuesday and a little warmer Wednesday for the morning and then the bottom drops out of it for Thursday morning, we will be getting up to low teens with a high of 29* for the day.

I have bone on bone and he said this is a band aid until knee replacement, and that’s if the ablation works….🤔

Had Arthroscopic surgery back in 1/2018. Removed some torn up cartilage and meniscal debris and removed a cyst. I was getting about 2 to 3 shots a year before that. Only had 1 since then. So good luck. Knee replacement is next when it gets bad again.
